What are the SAT Exam Pattern 2018-2019?

There are two different formats – “SAT Reasoning Test” and “SAT Subject Test”.  The SAT reasoning conducted to analyse the student’s Reading, Writing and Mathematical ability and SAT Subject test includes to know about student’s proficiency in specific subject. The SAT exam in 2018 will be scored on a total of 1600 while the Evidence-Based Reading/Writing and Math sections will each be scored on a 200 to 800 point scale with no negative marking.

Duration for SAT exam is 3 hours (without essay) and 3 hours 50 minutes (with essay). Total number of questions in Reasoning Test are 154 with 1 optional essay with overall score range 400-1600. Total number of questions in Subject test are 20 and overall score range of Subject Test 200-800.

There will be 58 questions solved within 80 minutes. The Math section is broadly divided into two segments: Math Test– With Calculator (55 minutes) and Math Test– Without Calculator (25 minutes).

After successfully completing the registration process, a hall ticket issued to the candidate. A recent photograph required to affixed to the SAT hall/admission ticket. Candidate can print the admit card from the College Board official account via login.

 

SAT 2018-2019 Score

The SAT exam 2018 official score report is available to the candidate five weeks after the SAT test date. One can receive the SAT 2018 result either online or by mail. Candidates should remember that those who have registered by mail will not have the option of receiving their SAT scorecards online 2018.
